Privacy Policy

1. Personal information we process and why

HYANG PRO collects the following information, with your consent, to receive space scent and custom scent consultation requests and to contact you.

Space scent consultation: name or company and contact (email or phone) (required) / region, available time, your message, and the space, location, impression and consultation type you chose (optional).

Custom scent consultation (Scent Finder): name, contact, survey result and the scents and format you chose (required) / age group (optional).

We use this information only to contact you and prepare proposals and quotes. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.

Purchases are made on our Naver Smart Store, and order and payment information is handled under Naver's privacy policy.

2. Information collected automatically

While you use the site, access records such as IP address, browser type and time of access may be logged on the server automatically. These records are processed by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) to operate and secure the site. Usage statistics such as visitor counts are aggregated with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and only in a form that cannot identify individuals.

The HYANG PRO site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

3. Retention and deletion

Consultation request information is kept for one year from receipt and then deleted without delay. If a consultation leads to a contract, related records are kept for the period required by law.

Method: electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; printed copies are shredded or incinerated.

If you ask us to delete your information during the retention period, we will do so without delay after confirming your request.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

5. Processors and overseas transfers

Consultation request information is stored in the cloud of an overseas provider as described below. We do not entrust processing to anyone else.

① Google LLC (USA) — storage of consultation requests (Google Sheets). Data transferred: the consultation information in section 1. When and how: sent over the network as soon as you submit the form. Retention: as in section 3. Contact: https://support.google.com/policies

② Vercel Inc. (USA) — site hosting and processing of access records. Data transferred: the access records in section 2. When and how: sent over the network when you visit the site. Retention: per Vercel's policy. Contact: privacy@vercel.com

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, please email us instead of using the form. In that case it is not stored in Google Sheets.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Email us at the address below and we will act without delay.

You may refuse consent; if you do, you cannot submit a consultation request. Browsing and buying products (on Naver Smart Store) are not affected.

We do not accept consultation requests from children under 14.

7. Security measures

Consultation information is kept in an account that only authorized staff can access. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).

10. Changes to this policy

This policy applies from September 30, 2026. If it changes, we will post a notice on this page 7 days before the change takes effect.

Previous policy: applied from September 22 to September 29, 2026.
